David R. Hatcher,
Chairman and CEO

David serves HAI as Chairman and CEO where he manages the strategic direction and operations of the company. He has developed major relationships with Temenos and their TemenosCore Banking division as well as major clients such as ANZ Banking Group, Wells Fargo Bank and Citibank. Mr. Hatcher joins from Corillian Services, Inc. the wholly owned implementation subsidiary of Corillian Corporation which was formed by the merger of Hatcher Associates Inc. with Corillian in November 2000. Mr. Hatcher founded Hatcher Associates Inc. in 1996 and was its President and CEO since its inception. He has over 30 years successful executive experience applying IT solutions to the business needs of financial institutions. In 1983 he joined Logica, Inc., the US subsidiary of the leading multinational consulting and systems integration firm, and created a new worldwide line of business in consumer banking financial services. As Senior Vice President, he grew the operation over twelve years to 150 consultants, with revenues in excess of $25M. From 1978 he was Vice President of systems development for Great Western Bank in Los Angeles, responsible for all new retail, lending and supporting financial systems where he introduced the Hogan Systems financial application software to the bank. He joined the Chicago Board Options Exchange on its foundation in 1974 and as vice president of the Systems Department, was responsible for creating a large IBM data center and for implementing the application systems on which the operations of the Exchange were based.


Ashok Sharma,
President

Ashok co-founded HAI along with Steve Jackson and Gene Bates in December 2001. He has been responsible for building a new line of business in professional services supporting core banking, Internet and client server solutions in banks, including the company's worldwide partnership with the Temenos Group, I-flex Solutions, Wipro and Infosys and many other partners. He has over twenty years of successful experience applying the latest software technologies to financial applications, particularly branch banking and front-end systems for retail banks and financial institutions. He was a founding member of Hatcher Associates Inc. in 1996 where he built the first vendor partnership with Sanchez beginning in January 1999 and was the leading manager in the second vendor partnership with Corillian Corporation. Ashok has a solid background in new technologies including UNIX, web technologies and J2EE and joined Hatcher Associates Inc. from Logica, Inc. where he spent four years consulting on and implementing branch automation and teller systems for banks in England, India, Abu Dhabi, Vietnam and North America. From 1988-1992 he worked for ISC-Bunker Ramo as a software engineer, and designed and directed development of the PINNACLE PC product line. For California Federal Bank he developed and implemented a complete teller and platform transaction system. From 1985-1987 he worked for Ericsson Information Systems supporting branch automation products, and for Gibraltar Savings & Loan interfaced the Ericsson teller system to Hogan software.



Gene Bates,
Executive Vice President and Project Director


Gene, a co-founder, has consistently demonstrated the ability to control and improve difficult customer situations, while managing successful and timely implementations. Gene is currently on assignment at CSC UK as the Executive Project Director for a number of CSC major projects including the implementation of a large Merchant Accounting system for Barclaycard UK. He has also led Hatcher Associates Inc.'s project management relationship with Sanchez Computer Associates where, over three years, he successfully managed the implementation of the Sanchez, e-PROFILE platform for MetLife Bank, American Express and X.com, one of the early internet-only banks. He spent four years as a consultant to Computer Sciences Corporation, where he served as Project Executive for an international card processing system implementation for Deutsche Bank, Italy. Previously, as a consultant to IBM, he was the Project Development Manager with a team of 80 on a major implementation of all Hogan core banking applications, and the project architect for a retail core system replacement project for a large New York based bank. Gene served two years as Vice President, Product Development Manager for Affiliated Banks Service Company and four years with Hogan Systems in customer support and QA Senior Management positions, before becoming an independent consultant for five years at Financial Technologies, the technology center for the Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Here, he played a key role in the implementation of a variety of retail banking applications.



Stephen Jackson,
Executive Vice President, International Banking Division


Steve, a co-founder, serves as Executive Vice President and heads our UK wholly owned subsidiary company, HAI Associates Ltd. He co-founded HAI and is an experienced business manager with over 25 years management, sales and consultancy expertise in the IT industry. With a wide range of knowledge covering many different market sectors, Steve has been dedicated to the financial services marketplace, with 19 years focused on the professional services sector. Steve has established HAI's United Kingdom office and has spearheaded the drive into the banking consultancy marketplace. He has steadily worked to develop relationships with clients throughout the United Kingdom and Europe, including CSC and Permanent TSB. Prior to co-founding HAI, Steve served as the Vice President, International Banking Division for Hatcher Associates Inc. where he was responsible for the worldwide implementation of the Corillian Product Suite. This covered implementations in Malaysia , Thailand , Australia , the Middle East and the UK . Before joining Hatcher, he was responsible for the establishment of a UK subsidiary for a large German professional services organization which with in one year was an established 20 person organization. Prior to this, Steve was the Business Group manager for CMG Admiral for five years, and was responsible for building their financial services business up to a level of over 100 consultants. Before this role Steve worked with Logica, PLC for seven years, serving as a senior business manager for Logica, Inc. in their large retail financial services practice, based in Los Angeles .



Norm Lacey,
Recruiting Manager


Norm currently works as Recruiting Manager for HAI and is responsible for all recruiting, virtual staff and permanent placements. Norm also serves as the Business Devlopment Manager for key Los Angeles clients such as Countrywide and Health Net. Norm began his career with IBM's Service Bureau Corp. in 1956 and progressed up ranks to Supervisor. From there he established and headed up several Data Processing installations in the Southern California area. At his last installation he served the role of Data Processing Manager for a furniture manufacturing company. Norm has spent the last 27 years of his career in the placement of professional data processing people to some of the top fortune 500 companies in the United States . Starting in 1978, he served as President and Owner of Mark Nine Systems Inc., which provided consulting services as well as permanent placement activities to the Data Processing industry. In 1990, he worked for David Hatcher at Logica, Inc. and in 1994 served as a Recruiting Resources and Director of Consulting Services for Informatica Technologies Inc with offices in Universal City , San Francisco and New York . In May 2000 he joined Hatcher Associates Inc. in Century City and held the position of Recruiting Manager.
