Work
assignment:
Provide technical assistance to clients/end-users on Temenos
eMerge/Globus/T24 systems. Responsible for system and printer setup on servers and desktops. Test and validate systems,
product/equipment set up. Consult with clients/end-users regarding systems problems and post implementation issues. Resolve
minor problems and perform minor repairs. Report major problems to IT or Project Manager, or other IT professionals as
appropriate. Support all users and perform Helpdesk functions to assist users with best use of their equipment and aid in
end-user support for Temenos systems and software applications. Prepare system manuals, create presentation materials and
train clients/end-users.
Position Requirements:
- Associates degree in Computer Science/ Engineering Discipline / related field or Foreign Eq. & 2 years of experience in

Work assignment:
Analyze the operational
process of financial and accounting departments and develop financial
