Work
assignment:
Provide technical assistance to clients/end-users on Temenos eMerge/Globus/T24 systems. Responsible
for system and printer setup on servers and desktops. Test and validate systems, product/equipment set up. Consult with
clients/end-users regarding systems problems and post implementation issues. Resolve minor problems and perform minor
repairs. Report major problems to IT or Project Manager, or other IT professionals as appropriate. Support all users and
perform Helpdesk functions to assist users with best use of their equipment and aid in end-user support for Temenos systems
and software applications. Prepare system manuals, create presentation materials and train clients/end-users.
Position Requirements:
- Associates degree in Computer Science/ Engineering Discipline / related field or Foreign Eq. & 2 years of experience in

Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware & software. Daily

Financial Systems Project Manager
Work assignment:
Analyze the operational
process of financial and accounting departments and develop financial
systems solutions. Generate client requirements reports, produce project
plans for software development and follow up on software development.
manage IT teams and supervise the testing and quality assurance of
software development teams to ensure software conforms to specifications.
Customize and set up Temenos Globus/T24 financial systems. Develop new
functionalities and external software to work with Globus system based
upon client requirements. Evaluate changes to project requirements and
their impact on the project. Responsible for coordination and completion
of projects including schedule development and control, cost budgeting
and control, organizational planning and risk mangement
planning.
